3.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC): To use payment features or access certain services, you must complete our KYC verification process. This includes:

• Source of funds declaration (for certain transaction levels)
• PEP (Politically Exposed Person) screening
• Sanctions list screening (OFAC, UN, EU)

3.3 Jurisdiction Restrictions: The Service may not be available in all jurisdictions. We reserve the right to restrict or block access from certain jurisdictions due to regulatory requirements.

• We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect addresses or network issues
• Transaction fees may apply

4.2 Travel Rule Compliance: For transactions exceeding regulatory thresholds ($3,000 USD, £1,000 GBP, or equivalent), we are required to collect and transmit originator and beneficiary information per FinCEN Travel Rule, MiCA, and FCA requirements.

4.3 Transaction Monitoring: All transactions are monitored for compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We may block, delay, or report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

4.4 Regulatory Status: This Service operates in compliance with applicable regulations including MiCA (EU), FinCEN (US), and FCA (UK) requirements where applicable. We are not a licensed money transmitter in all jurisdictions.

5.1 AML Program: We maintain an AML program in compliance with applicable regulations. This includes:

• Customer identification and verification (KYC)
• Transaction monitoring and suspicious activity reporting
• Sanctions screening
• Record keeping (minimum 5 years)

5.2 Suspicious Activity Reporting: We are required by law to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities (FinCEN, FCA, etc.) without notifying you.

5.3 Account Restrictions: We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate AML requirements or are flagged by our monitoring systems.

6.1 GDPR Compliance: For EU users, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have rights to:

7.3 Cryptocurrency Risks: We are not responsible for losses due to:

• Regulatory changes affecting cryptocurrency
• Loss of private keys or wallet access

7.4 Maximum Liability: Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8.1 Complaints Procedure: If you have a complaint, please contact us at complaints@galaxia.dev. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and respond within 15 business days (per MiCA requirements).

8.2 Alternative Dispute Resolution: For EU users, you may refer complaints to your local consumer protection authority or ADR body.
